  • Detailed event timeline with sustainability focus, event plan, H&S and full event logistics

Opulent Occasions

An all-encompassing event planning service. This package covers every aspect of the event planning process from planning to finish and post-event activities. Every aspect is tailored to suit your exact requirements.

The perfect package for a spectacular event that leaves a huge impression, this includes:

  • Initial consultation on the phone, follow-up meeting in person and ongoing in person status meetings
  • Event concept, design, proposal and theme development
  • Venue selection and supplier sourcing and co-ordination with three site or supplier visits
  • Full logistics with schedule design, detailed timeline and creation of running order
  • Transportation and transfer management
  • Guest management (including coordination of VIPs)
  • Budget and financial management
  • Branding and collateral guidance including stationery design
  • Promotion and marketing with appropriate PR strategy and press coverage
  • Music design, AV, lighting and production including production schedule
  • Prop hire sourcing and set design including furniture and tableware
